Return & Exchange Policy

1. How do I return or exchange a product?
You can return your order within 10 days of receiving it, provided the item is in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.

For **Glass Covers**, any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement. After this window, glass breakage will not be covered under warranty. Refunds or replacements will not be processed beyond this timeframe.

2. How will I get my refund?
If you made an online payment, your refund will be processed to the same payment method, based on your preference.

Please note that shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

3. Do I need to pay for return shipping?
As we currently do not offer reverse pickup services, customers are responsible for shipping the return items back to us. Please pack the item securely to avoid any damage during transit.

4. Are personalized or customized items eligible for return?
Unfortunately, customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there was an error in the product delivered.

5. Can international orders be returned or exchanged?
For international orders, returns or exchanges are only possible if you received an incorrect product. We do not accept returns for any other reason.

6. What should I do if I received a defective product?
If you’ve received a defective item, there’s no need to return it unless confirmed by our customer care team. Simply email us pictures of the product, and we’ll review it. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
